P15AB & P15C (P15/P18)

The P15ab and P15c licences, in which ONE has a 14.2% and 11.73% stake, respectively, are part of the P15/P18 gas complex located in the south of the Dutch North Sea. The P15/P18 gas complex contains a number of gas fields most of which were developed as satellites to a central gas platform, P15-D, which is located adjacent to the Rijn facilities. On this platform gas is processed to sales specs and does not require any further processing onshore. The first field was developed in 1993. All of the gas reserves are found in the Triassic Bunter sandstones, in a series of tilted fault blocks.

A dedicated pipeline, the Europoort gas pipeline, of approximately 40 km in length with a 26-inch diameter, was laid from P15-D to the beach at Maasvlakte near Rotterdam to transport the gas to shore. The condensate is sent down through a 42 km offshore oil pipeline from the P15-C platform, to the adjacent Rijn field and then to the Hoek van Holland terminal.
