General Counsel (1962)
Frank obtained his civil law degree at the University of Leiden. After graduating he served as a conscripted officer and civilian contract manager at the Royal Netherlands Airforce and negotiated several aviation acquisition programs with leading aircraft manufacturers, as well as pipeline fuel transportation contracts with major oil companies. In the nineties Frank was assigned to the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Washington D.C. to steer Dutch defence acquisitions in the USA and to lobby for Dutch companies. After leaving the government he joined Stork N.V. to become a manager for the NH9O helicopter, a major program of Stork’s subsidiary Fokker Aerostructures. In 2001 Frank joined Oranje-Nassau Energie (ONE). His duties encompass the legal work related to ONE’s acquisition and divestiture processes as well as the legal affairs in asset management. Frank is ONE's Company Secretary and as such responsible for all ONE's corporate legal matters.
