Track Record Oranje-Nassau Energie
Since 1991, the Oranje-Nassau Energie (ONE) team has completed over 30 acquisitions and divestments, nearly all of which showed healthy returns. The core team has worked together for more than a decade and remained with the company following the 2009 shareholder change. With the acquisition of the operated Cirrus portfolio and Q16a in 2011, ONE became an offshore NL operator and is now the only fully Dutch owned NL operating company.

- Consider an IPO of the company

- Further increase reserves to in excess of 200 mln boe
