Mission / Vision

The goal of Oranje-Nassau Energie and its new shareholders, is to become the most efficient Southern and Central North Sea operator of choice and to double its existing resource base of some 100 mln boe and 8,200 boe/d production in the coming years.

Goals

• Further expand the operated NL sector asset base, also looking at Southern and Central North Sea opportunities
• Materialize initial growth in existing investment areas
• Growth funded by founding shareholders, or potentially an IPO, private equity and/or institutional investor's and senior bank debt
• In time, expand the investment horizon and grow the North Sea exploration and development portfolio
