Theo Bergers

COO (1949)

Joined Oranje-Nassau Energie Nederland B.V. as COO in April 2011. Theo has extensive international and North Sea experience in a variety of technical and senior management roles, most recently as operations manager in Wintershall Libya. Theo started his career in 1975 as a production engineer with Shell in NAM, PDO (Oman), Brunei and Shell Expro, later moving to Clyde Petroleum in 1990 in the Netherlands. Theo was responsible for the operations and development of the Clyde operated assets. The company was subsequently taken over by Gulf Canada, Conoco Philips and by Wintershall in 2002. Finally Theo filled the position of Managing Director of Cirrus Energy Nederland B.V. in 2010.
